Entrepreneurship is the process of recognizing a human need or problem and developing a solution for it. An entrepreneur is anyone who, being aware of the issues and expectations of the world, country, and society they live in, can make a difference by providing solutions with a unique perspective.
The Entrepreneurship and Leadership Center was established to organize programs aimed at the personal development of our students and to support them with its expert staff, in line with our university’s vision of nurturing entrepreneurial graduates. The Entrepreneurship and Leadership Center is the main platform that develops and provides the activities and services related to entrepreneurship carried out and planned by OSTİM Technical University.

OSTİMTECH Entrepreneurship and Leadership Center has adopted the mission of creating a collaborative, innovative, and creative space that facilitates value creation and professional development. It strives to establish and promote entrepreneurial thinking and awareness, transform innovative ideas into reality, and commercialize these ideas to generate sustainable wealth in society. In this context, it continues its efforts to foster an entrepreneurial culture in every institution and community.
Purpose of the Center
At OSTİM Technical University, the goal is to establish and spread an entrepreneurial culture; to encourage all entrepreneurs, as well as OSTİM Technical University students and academics, to develop innovation, creativity, and technology-based ventures; to enhance their skills and competencies; and to facilitate the necessary connections for transforming their initiatives into high-value commercial enterprises.
The center aims to develop and implement activities that contribute to the enhancement of entrepreneurship, innovation, and leadership skills—primarily for university faculty and students, as well as for entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs—helping them bring their business ideas to life and commercialize them.
